30-Day Return Window: You may return any physical product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product purchase price, provided the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
Condition Requirements: Items must be returned in their original, sealed condition. Products that have been opened, used, or show signs of wear cannot be accepted for return.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
No Refunds on Digital Downloads: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital downloads (including eBooks) are final. Refunds are not available for digital products once the download link has been delivered.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will provide a free replacement at no cost to you. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage or defect
- Photos of the damaged or defective item
We will ship a replacement product to you at no charge once we have confirmed the issue.

Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and the return shipping address.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
