Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Triple X Playground, operated by Mach Media Inc. Below you will find our shipping policies and estimated delivery timeframes.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship from Laguna Niguel, California. The following shipping options are available for domestic orders:

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
Express Shipping: 2-3 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order via EasyPost. Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time and will be clearly noted at checkout.

3. International Shipping

We currently ship to the following international destinations:

- Canada
- United Kingdom
- Australia

Estimated Delivery: 10-21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout via EasyPost. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are not included in our shipping rates or product pricing.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving the shipping confirmation email for tracking information to become active.

If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@mach-media.net.

5. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at support@mach-media.net. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
